Samsung's One UI 6.1 made its debut at the end of January with the release of the Galaxy S24 series. Over the course of about two months, Samsung has been gradually rolling out this new version of One UI to earlier Galaxy devices.
Starting from March 28th, the One UI 6.1 update has officially begun its rollout. Initially, it was primarily targeted at flagship smartphones and tablets released in 2023, and by May 11th, Samsung had expanded the update to include flagship models from 2022 and 2021.

To manually check for updates on your phone or tablet, simply go to the "Settings" app, locate "Software Update," and click on "Download and Install."
