On March 15th, with just over a week to go, the Xiaomi SU7 is about to officially debut, and what everyone is most eagerly awaiting right now is the pricing.

From the plethora of prices swirling around online, there are rumors that the Xiaomi SU7 could be priced at 199,000 CNY, 179,000 CNY, 229,000 CNY, 369,000 CNY, and so on. The variety of prices is truly dizzying.

In response, a Xiaomi car sales representative stated that the stores will open on March 25th, and you can go to the stores to check out the cars. However, test drives can only be arranged after the March 28th press conference. As for its price, it is definitely not as outrageous as the rumors online.

On March 13th, Lei Jun revealed on Weibo that the number of people who have booked appointments at the stores increased by over 100,000 in just one day. This means that the average number of appointments per store is as high as 1694 people. "The volume of leads is just too large. We're making phone calls until 11 p.m. at night, afraid of missing any potential customers," the salesperson said.

Since Xiaomi's car debut at the end of 2023, pricing has always been the focus of attention. Lei Jun once said that 99,000 CNY, 149,000 CNY, or even 199,000 CNY were jokes, and the actual pricing would indeed be a bit expensive.

Lei Jun's remarks have also raised expectations for Xiaomi's car pricing in the outside world, leading to various price versions being circulated. "In any case, there are all kinds of rumors. Xiaomi fans know that for so many years, Xiaomi has always kept costs within a certain range and won't be as outrageous as the rumors online," the aforementioned sales representative stated. s_4a445c8b5c1d43c18a73812c0617f5f4.jpg
