On April 11th, the "2024 China Automation Industry Annual Conference (CAIAC 2024)" was held in Beijing. At the awards ceremony held that evening, the results of a series of awards for the field of automation in China were announced. These awards include:
Guests at the 2024 China Automation Industry Annual Conference CAA posed for a group photo. In the individual and team award categories, eight individuals including Tang Liang, Vice Chief Engineer and Vice Researcher of Beijing Control Engineering Research Institute, were selected as the 2023 Annual Figures in the field of automation in China, while four teams, including the Deep Space Exploration GNC Development Team of Beijing Control Engineering Research Institute, were honored as the 2023 Annual Teams in the field of automation in China.In the project and solution award categories, 12 engineering projects such as the "Xinjiang Tianfu Heating Digital Upgrade and Renovation Project" by Beijing ABB Electric Drive System Co., Ltd. were recognized as the most influential engineering projects of 2023 in the field of automation in China. Meanwhile, 15 solutions such as the "In-situ Nanometer Measurement Robot for Large-caliber Freeform Optical Components" by Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, were awarded the most valuable solution of 2023 in the field of automation in China.
Regarding the selection of automation products awards, 26 new automation products including the DeltaV? PK Flex Controller (Emerson) were named the most competitive innovative products of 2023 in the field of automation in China. Additionally, 15 products including the ACS180 inverter (Beijing ABB Electric Drive System Co., Ltd.) were listed as the most trusted products of 2023 in the field of automation in China.
In terms of company awards, 24 companies including Beijing Oriental Jinghai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. were recognized as the "2023 China Automation Field Annual Excellent Industrial Safety Service Providers". Twelve companies including Anhui Jianxing Technology Co., Ltd. were listed as the "2023 China Automation Field Annual Innovative Growth Enterprises", and eleven companies including ABB (China) Co., Ltd. were honored as the "2023 China Automation Field Annual Enterprises".
The selection process for the above-mentioned China Automation Annual Awards strictly adhered to the principles of fairness, justice, and openness, conducted through a combination of recommendation, expert review, and online voting to ensure the authority and comprehensiveness of the selection.
The current annual meeting was hosted by the Chinese Automation Society, with co-sponsorship from the China Instrumentation and Instrument Association, the National Machinery Safety Standardization Technical Committee, the National Industrial Process Measurement and Control and Automation Standardization Technical Committee, and organized by Control Network & "Automation Expo," and OICT Academy.
