April 8th Report - Redmi Pad Pro has now been officially announced and is set to debut alongside the Redmi Turbo 3 at the April 10th launch event.
During the pre-launch teasers, the official details regarding the device's charging and battery setup were unveiled. It packs a hefty 10000mAh battery, complemented by the power-efficient Pangolin OS deep sleep mode, offering an astonishing standby time of up to 56.7 days.
According to previous statements from Xiaomi, there are notable differences in usage habits between smartphones and tablets. Unlike smartphones, tablets don't require frequent screen activations or constant usage. When using a tablet, it's more common to engage with it for a concentrated period and then set it aside for extended periods of non-use.
After activating the deep sleep mode, the tablet intelligently assesses its status and minimizes standby power consumption to the fullest when idle, thus further extending standby time. This effectively alleviates the awkward situation of finding the tablet out of battery just when you need it.
Moreover, with the 33W fast charging, charging time is significantly reduced, while also supporting reverse charging, transforming into a 10000mAh power bank for emergency charging of smartphones and other devices.
