Redmi K70E Price Cut: Lu Weibing Says Wang Teng Is "Going Wild"

March 21st news. Redmi has announced a price reduction of 200 CNY for the K70E, bringing the starting price to 1799 CNY.

The Redmi K70E debuts the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra mobile chipset, which is a co-defined chip by Redmi and MediaTek.

The Dimensity 8300-Ultra features an octa-core CPU, comprising four A715 performance cores and four A510 efficiency cores, with a maximum clock speed of 3.35GHz. It is paired with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage for enhanced performance.

The Dimensity 8300-Ultra's ISP and APU share the same architecture as the Dimensity 9300, supporting the MCQ multi-cycle queue technology. This enhances the phone's smoothness by strengthening the data communication capability between the CPU and flash memory.

The Redmi K70E also introduces the Fury Engine 3.0 technology, which optimizes the underlying layer of Xiaomi's Surge OS and combines it with AI-based performance enhancements, maximizing the performance of the Redmi K70E.

In terms of core specifications, the Redmi K70E sports a second-generation 1.5K flagship-grade flat display with a peak brightness of 1800 nits and support for 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. It packs a large 5500mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging.
