On March 13th, according to the official Red Flag public account, the Red Flag R&D Institute recently successfully completed the OTS test approval for the innovative development of the next-generation 3kW DC/DC vehicle power supply, marking the smooth commencement of mass production.

The chip localization utilization rate of this product has surged from 0 to 60%, achieving comprehensive optimization in performance, quality, and cost. 0f1d06cb-ffae-4c82-8fe6-0b85fc5cb314.jpg During the process of transitioning to domestically produced chips, this component has successfully undergone a rigorous examination comprising 117 tests across five major categories: functionality, performance, environmental adaptability, electromagnetic compatibility, and restricted substance detection. While expediting the adoption of domestically produced chips, it maintains uncompromised quality and performance.

A breakthrough in DC/DC reverse pre-charge technology, it not only achieves reverse pre-charging and intelligent detection of high-voltage electrical system faults but also automatically adjusts the pre-charge current based on the state of charge of the low-voltage battery. This feature prevents excessive voltage drop during the pre-charge process, ensuring a secure power supply for the vehicle. s_f6c60b076f9c4bd6b9eff3b079601e04.jpg The latest generation of Hongqi's domestically produced vehicle power sources adopts a modular design concept, enabling its use across a variety of Hongqi brand models.

By localizing high-value core components and integrating a reverse pre-charging function, the traditional high-voltage pre-charging circuit has been eliminated. This simplification of the high-voltage system connections enhances the reliability of the high-voltage system while also achieving a reduction in assembly costs.
