Facing rumors about starting a matchmaking agency, internet personality "Wang Po" responded via video on April 2, firmly denying these claims. She stated that she has not authorized any individual or entity to use her name to establish a matchmaking agency, emphasizing that the online rumors are unrelated to her.

He pointed out that for individuals with a certain level of fame on the internet, unauthorized use of their stage name or online alias as a company name or registered trademark may infringe upon the individual's right to their name or pseudonym.
Further analysis by Lawyer Liu Kai suggests that the likelihood of successfully registering "Kaifeng Wang Po" as a trademark is close to zero. This is because "Kaifeng" is the name of a prefecture-level city in Henan Province. According to the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, names of administrative divisions at or above the county level or well-known foreign geographical names cannot be used as trademarks.
Moreover, considering that in Class 45 trademarks, there have been similar trademarks like "Wang Po Matchmaking" registered earlier, which are related to marriage introduction and dating services. This further diminishes the possibility of registering the "Kaifeng Wang Po" trademark.
