On May 10th, JD Logistics officially announced today that "JD Express" has further upgraded its "compensation for late arrival of aviation parcels" service.
Currently being piloted in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou, it will continue to expand nationwide. For other cities, if express delivery is delayed due to reasons other than consumers, they can also call JD Logistics customer service hotline to inquire about refund matters.
According to customer service, when consumers choose "JD Express" for express delivery, if the actual arrival time of the express is later than the time displayed on the order page when transported by air, JD Express customer service will proactively call the consumer to compensate for the shipping fee.
Even if the express is only one minute late, full compensation will be provided.
It is reported that JD Express has been continuously speeding up its delivery service this year. By the end of March, JD Express renamed its delivery service to "JD Express Special", further improving the delivery efficiency, especially for inter-provincial and long-distance deliveries, with cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu achieving next-morning delivery.
For intra-provincial and intra-economic zone deliveries, "JD Standard Express" has expanded its coverage of next-morning delivery within the province to include 13 provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong.
