The State Post Bureau has ordered strict implementation of unified management responsibilities for its service network, promptly rectifying any violations, and effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of users. It also demands cooperation in investigating and handling the mishandling of returned items by the Yiwu Yunda Beiyuan branch, actively assisting relevant departments in the investigation and resolution process.

Sellers claim that these blind boxes contain items sourced from express delivery companies, presenting a genuine shopping experience for both buyers and sellers.
