On March 11th, the topic of "Apple's USB-C versus Android's USB-C" resurfaced. While there are indeed differences between the two interfaces, charging across devices is not an issue.

First and foremost, it's crucial to understand that both are standard USB-C interfaces, and most devices are compatible with USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) charging.

Regarding the concern that Huawei chargers can't charge Apple devices, in reality, Huawei's 88W charger has a USB-C port reserved for this purpose. Coupled with a C-to-C cable, it can charge the iPhone 15 series and even MacBook.

So, it boils down to this: the iPhone 15 series comes equipped with a completely standard USB-C port, imposing no performance restrictions on cables or accessories.

Existing USB-C to USB-C cables, chargers, and accessories should work just fine with the iPhone 15 series, though charging power might vary due to Apple's restrictions.

As for the Android camp, this issue is even less of a concern. However, it's worth noting that USB-A to USB-C cables might not support PD charging, which stands as the primary issue. s_8743b2983d444bbb8e8419e5156a01fc.jpg
