  • Sequential Read/Write Speed: Up to 560/520 MB/s
  • Steady State Random Read Speed: 98K IOPS
  • Steady State Random Write Speed: Not less than 50K IOPS
  • Steady State Random Read/Write Latency: Less than 110/25 microseconds

In terms of power consumption, it has a maximum operational power consumption of less than 3.54W and an idle power consumption of less than 1.6W.

This solid-state drive features the in-house XT6120 controller chip and utilizes Yangtze Memory Technologies' 3D TLC flash memory, boasting a durability rating of 5 years with 1DWPD (Drive Writes Per Day), suitable for servers, data centers, and storage arrays.

The SSD is equipped with the NANDXtra reliability engine, supporting intelligent wear leveling to enhance flash memory lifespan, along with both software and hardware LDPC error correction technology.

For overall reliability, the SS2000SE supports power loss protection (PLP), high-temperature protection, and boasts a mean time between failures (MTBF) of 2 million hours.
