Media outlets recently leaked a set of spy photos showcasing Porsche's upcoming all-new pure electric SUV.
The upcoming vehicle is expected to be built on the SSP extended platform, promising a higher level of sophistication compared to the current Cayenne. It will feature three rows of seats and a pure electric platform design for the first time.
From the spy photos, the front of the new car showcases a closed front grille design with split-type headlights, reminiscent of the Macan EV. However, the high and low beam headlights are positioned on the outer edges of the front bumper.
The front bumper is heavily camouflaged, revealing only a through-flow radiator grille design and millimeter-wave radar.
The profile echoes that of the Cayenne, but the body is wider, lower, and longer. The rear window line is disguised, likely to sit lower, resulting in a sleeker effect.
The rear end is broader, with pronounced rear fenders for added space in the third row, and equipped with a roof spoiler expected to feature electrically adjustable functionality.
The taillight assembly features a slender design, closely mirroring the aesthetic of the Porsche SUV family. In terms of power, it comes equipped with an 800V platform and a 100kWh battery pack, boasting a range of over 700 kilometers. It offers a dual-motor all-wheel drive system, with an anticipated maximum output of around 750 horsepower, putting it on par with the Taycan Turbo S.
