According to the report: At around 9:00 p.m. on April 12th, Lin Mouping (female, 38 years old, native of Taizhou) and a vehicle driven by Huang Mou (female, 42 years old, native of Wenzhou) collided in the underground parking lot of a certain mall in Gongshu District. Both parties engaged in an argument. During the altercation, Lin Mouping caused damage to the other party's vehicle by kicking it with her foot, among other actions. Lin Mouping has been administratively detained by our bureau for intentionally damaging property.
