Tech News from CNMO: OPPO has recently announced that its Reno 11 series models launched overseas will come equipped with the AI Eraser (AIGC Elimination) feature. This new functionality is currently available only in selected regions, with plans to roll it out to users in other regions shortly.
The AIGC Erase feature was introduced to domestic OPPO Reno11 series users back in February of this year, and now, this new feature is making its way to the phones of Reno11 series users overseas. Users can find this feature within the built-in gallery, and it's incredibly easy to use. They simply need to draw a circle around the element they want to remove, and AI will erase it as if it never existed.
Reportedly, this new feature will first be rolled out to users through updates starting in the Philippines. Billy Zhang, OPPO's Overseas Market President, shared this news on the X platform: "We are very excited to bring the OPPO AI Eraser to users overseas. More and more people will experience this highly accessible and cutting-edge technology."
OPPO's Chief Product Officer, Liu Zuohu, stated: "This is just the beginning. We are committed to bringing more AI features, such as our AI eraser, to more devices and users worldwide. Stay tuned."
This feature is similar to Google's Magic Eraser, which allows users to remove unwanted elements by circling around them. The AI eraser feature of the OPPO Reno 11 series undoubtedly represents a significant upgrade to the editing experience for smartphone users through AI. With the continuous advancement of smartphone photography technology, the demand for photo editing tools among users is also growing. By introducing the AI eraser, OPPO not only meets this demand but also provides a fast, intuitive, and efficient solution. This is also a result of OPPO's continuous efforts in the field of AI.
