In recent days, at the MediaTek Tianji Developer Conference, OPPO Reno12 series officially announced the debut of the MediaTek Tianji 8250 processor, sparking widespread attention. On May 13th, CNMO noticed that the well-known digital blogger "Smart Pikachu" revealed more details about this series.
According to a blogger's leak, the OPPO Reno12 series is set to be officially released later this month. It will be powered by the Dimensity 8250/Dimensity 9200+ chipset, and the flagship model will feature a slightly curved screen. Additionally, the new device will debut with support for real-time full focal length photos, with this innovative technology set to be pushed to older models through OTA updates in the future. Compared to the previous generation's Dimensity 8200 and Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, the upgrade in the OPPO Reno12 series can be seen as a significant leap in quality.
In addition, imaging will also be a major highlight of the OPPO Reno12 series. According to leaks from other bloggers, the standard version prototype is equipped with a 50-megapixel f/1.8 large sensor main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel 2X f/2.0 telephoto lens for portrait shots. Whether it's capturing details or color performance, it is considered top-notch.
Furthermore, in terms of battery life and charging, the OPPO Reno12 series has also seen significant improvements. The new devices will come with 80W SuperVOOC charging as standard, with the Pro version potentially featuring up to 150W SuperVOOC charging technology. Compared to the 67W fast charging of the previous Reno11, the charging speed has also made a qualitative leap. Additionally, features such as full-function NFC, infrared remote control, dual speakers, and X-axis linear motor will also be fully equipped.
