On April 24th, according to the digital chatter blogger, OnePlus 13 will feature an equally shallow curved screen for the first time, with a screen size of 6.8 inches and a resolution of 2K.

It is reported that the equally shallow curved screen makes the screen seem to float slightly in the air, with all four corners and edges curved with an equal radius. Not only does it eliminate the notch, but it also provides a particularly good tactile experience with almost zero accidental touches, achieving a curved screen form while maintaining a flat screen experience.

Not only does it provide a visually smooth and continuous experience with a magical floating sensation, but it also combines the visual experience of a flat screen with the tactile feel of a curved screen, effectively ending the debate between flat and curved screens. However, achieving a perfect form does not signify the end of technological advancement; instead, it marks a new beginning. We look forward to more innovations and breakthroughs, continuously bringing users more advanced and comfortable experiences.

It is understood that traditional dual-curved and quad-curved screens do not curve downward at the corners because the stress in these areas is very complex. Traditional screens tend to develop significant wrinkles when bent, leading to screen fractures.

In contrast, the equally shallow curved screen offers deep bends at the corners without any wrinkles. Not only does it provide a visually smooth and continuous experience with a magical floating sensation, but it also combines the visual experience of a flat screen with the tactile feel of a curved screen, effectively ending the debate between flat and curved screens.

Additionally, the digital chatter blogger also revealed that the external industrial design of OnePlus 13 will undergo a significant upgrade, with the rear still equipped with a periscope telephoto module.

The device is set to debut in Q4 of this year. s_ba22223559084d6c96ec62f286382209.jpg
