Following the painting process, each car undergoes a random inspection. s_d70088a6593b420b87c0de96a46e4747.png Lei Jun pointed to a newly painted Xiaomi SU7 in Gulf Blue and said, "The mirror-like finish on this is exceptionally premium, isn't it?" s_b6462284098f4837ad7d824d08bb01a2.png After finishing the painting area, the next stop is the stamping space. After production, the body panels undergo manual inspection followed by blue light scanning, with approximately 12,000 inspection points ensuring comprehensive quality checks.

Notably, Lei Jun mentioned visiting numerous factories for research and learning, drawing inspiration from the Mercedes-Benz factory model. Engineers' offices are strategically located within the factory premises, allowing them to work directly on the production floor. This setup facilitates immediate problem identification and swift issue resolution. s_209eeb967cea401597e271fba4e2191d.png
