According to the official announcement, the new Ideal L6 boasts the unique hue of "Little Elephant Grey." This low-saturation shade of grey seamlessly blends into both sunny and overcast days, whether amidst the modern urban landscape or the tranquility of nature, exuding an air of sophistication without feeling cold. It creates a sense of security for family members while evoking a strong sense of aspiration. s_c1e15a0313624fda85fc8e7e97cc8d5a.jpg It's interesting to note that the ideal MEGA features its exclusive "Elephant Gray," also making its debut. Officially described as having a faint warm glow at specific angles, it exudes a subtle radiance amidst its stately presence. The smaller elephant of the L6 and the grandeur of the MEGA undoubtedly resonate with each other. s_22cc57732c4245199033b72ee1a8f8b5.jpg The Ideal L6 is positioned as a mid-sized SUV among the five-seaters, with dimensions measuring 4925/1960/1735mm in length, width, and height respectively, and a wheelbase of 2920mm. Compared to the L7, it's slightly smaller, targeting young families as their first luxurious five-seater SUV.

In terms of exterior design, there's not much to differentiate between the L6 and the L7; they seem to have been crafted from the same mold. Both feature the family-standard continuous daytime running lights and split-type light groups. Just by looking at the front end, it's difficult to accurately distinguish one from the other. s_4843cd7a5c5643a8819709ceb4804a06.png The side and rear of the vehicle also feature a familial design language, characterized by a minimalist and sleek aesthetic. The license plate frame at the rear is positioned on the bumper, reminiscent of the previous model, the Ideal L7 (Note: The new L7 model has relocated the license plate frame to the tailgate to differentiate it from the L6). s_58cf0784393547c4835302580c34161d.png

s_7acd5461677240fba7ead64b71f79d98.png In terms of powertrain, the L6 still features a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine as its range extender system, with a maximum power output of 113 kilowatts. The vehicle is driven by an electric motor, although its power specifications are currently unclear.

Unlike the L7/8/9 models, the L6, positioned as the entry-level variant, will be equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries across the lineup. These batteries are supplied by CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited) and SVOLT. The L6 retains the front double wishbone and rear multi-link independent suspension, with no air suspension available across the lineup. Positioned in the 250,000 to 300,000 CNY range, it competes with models like the Wuling Hong Guang M7.
