Dashcam footage from following vehicles shows the Xuan Yi moving at a significantly lower speed than normal in the first lane, even traveling side by side with a large truck in the second lane.

Due to the Xuan Yi's sluggish pace, vehicles behind were forced to flash their lights as a warning, with the car's dashboard camera indicating a speed of 88 kilometers per hour at the time.

Despite the flashing lights, the Xuan Yi remained unfazed, continuing its slow journey without any sign of acceleration. s_59b80069dea44bf2a9fd090bec5cf095.png Ultimately, out of consideration for traffic flow, the driver of the large truck in the second lane voluntarily slowed down, creating space for vehicles behind to change lanes, thus alleviating localized traffic pressure.

This incident sparked discussions about the so-called "Road Three Aunties," a humorous term coined by netizens referring to the Nissan Sylphy, Toyota Corolla, and Toyota Levin models.

The nickname isn't aimed at Japanese brands specifically; rather, it's because in everyday driving, these models often become the most noticeable slow-moving vehicles on the road due to certain drivers' tendency to drive at lower speeds.

These slow-moving vehicles also frequently occupy the fast lane, forcing other vehicles to either slow down and follow or change lanes to overtake, both of which can lead to what's known as "phantom congestion." s_b50188513467413ab742b9696cd04a56.jpg
