According to data from the QiChaCha app, recently, the Haixia Pickle Factory in Junshan District, Yueyang City (a general partnership), and its legal representative, Pei Yong, have been listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement for failing to fulfill their legal obligations as determined by effective legal documents due to their ability to do so, and they have been restricted from high consumption.
The enforcement relates to an administrative penalty case issued by the Junshan District Market Supervision Administration of Yueyang City against the Haixia Pickle Factory, with a fine of over 1.094 million yuan remaining unpaid in full.
Looking back at 2022, the CCTV 315 Gala exposed the issue of "Mud Pit Pickles," involving five companies including Huarong County's Chaqi Vegetable Industry, Jinrui Food, as well as Junshan District's Yayuan Pickles, Haixia Pickles, and Tantanqiao Food.
In May of the same year, the Junshan District Market Supervision Administration of Yueyang City issued a fine of over 1.094 million yuan to the Haixia Pickle Factory and confiscated illegal gains of 200 yuan as well as unsold products.
Additionally, the administration also requested the relevant issuing authority to revoke the food production license of the factory and restrict the food production and operation qualifications of the person in charge, Pei Yong, for five years.
