On April 14th, Western Digital unveiled a unique portable storage solution called the "Ultrastar Transporter," resembling a suitcase but boasting a whopping 368TB of storage space inside.

Featuring up to seven PCIe 4.0 expansion slots, including four full-length x16 and three half-length x8 slots, it's these slots that accommodate the entire 368TB of NVMe SSD storage. s_e31bdbccc71c4d2f9a1da9a91c63ea78.jpg In terms of other configurations, it utilizes two 3rd Gen Intel Xeon 4310 processors, built on a 10nm process, with 12 cores, 24 threads, and a TDP of 120W. It's paired with 128GB of DDR4 RDIMM memory, two SN740 2TB SSDs in RAID 1 (as boot drives), and a 1300W Titanium power supply.

For inputs and outputs, it features two 200Gb Ethernet ports, two USB 3.0 ports, one DB9 serial port, and one VGA video port.
