On April 14th, at the 4th China International Consumer Goods Expo, Volkswagen Group (China) Vice President of Sales, Zhang Lan, revealed plans to introduce over 40 new vehicle models to the Chinese market within the next three years.

Of these more than 40 models, half will be new energy vehicles.

By 2030, the group aims to offer no fewer than 30 pure electric vehicle models. "Our goal is clear: to maintain our position as the top international carmaker in China and to play a leading role in the era of intelligent connected vehicles," added Zhang Lan.

During the expo, Volkswagen Group (China) showcased 13 heavyweight models from its subsidiaries including Volkswagen Imported Cars, Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Ducati, and Lamborghini brands.

These included the Volkswagen Touareg 3.0 TSI R-Line, the Audi e-tron GT flagship luxury electric vehicle, the Bentley Flying Spur Yado Edition V8, the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica supercar, and the Ducati Panigale V4 S and Multistrada V4 S motorcycles. s_4dcb2a940f7e453a84b4ec0fe75e6f3a.png
