In order to implement the strategies of innovation-driven development, promoting the development of science, education, and talent in the province, and encouraging more innovative resources to gather in the forefront of social and economic development, the Central Plains Scholars Workstation is being established in collaboration with scholars from the Central Plains and local enterprises and institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for Central Plains Scholars Workstation (Trial)" (Yuke [2020] No. 100). The application for the Central Plains Scholars Workstation for the year 2024 will be organized, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
- Application Requirements:
a. The applying institution should meet the relevant application conditions and requirements stipulated in the "Management Measures for Central Plains Scholars Workstation (Trial)".
b. The age of the Central Plains scholars entering the workstation generally does not exceed 65 years old. In principle, the number of newly admitted Central Plains scholars in 2024 should not exceed 1 per person, and the total number of Central Plains scholars admitted to the workstation should not exceed 3 per person.
c. Encourage various types of industrial, entrepreneurial, and incubation science and technology park management agencies at or above the municipal level to apply for the construction of Central Plains Scholars Workstations and serve the operating enterprises and institutions within the park.
