Recently, North China University of Science and Technology hosted the "Attracting Talent, Creating Future" 2024 Spring Job Fair for graduates. A total of 697 employers from 23 provinces and cities across China participated, including China Third Metallurgical Group, Hesteel Group, Kailuan Group, Jinyu Group, Jizhong Energy Group, North China Medical Health Group, Kailuan General Hospital, North China Pharmaceutical Group, and more. The industries represented spanned manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, machinery, chemicals, electronics, and other fields, offering over 2,500 positions with a demand for approximately 30,000 recruits.

Nearly ten thousand graduates from the university participated in the job fair, submitting over 30,000 resumes. Almost 200 people signed contracts on the spot, while more than 3,000 expressed intentions for employment. Some underclassmen were also present to observe. Officials and counselors from various departments of the university were at the job fair to research and understand the recruitment needs of relevant industries, providing targeted job recommendations and career guidance to graduates. The venue featured a student employment guidance area, a military recruitment policy promotion area, and a free rental area for professional attire, offering consultation services in relevant fields to help graduates secure employment smoothly.
It is reported that the university provided each employer with volunteer "one-on-one" full-service support, round-trip shuttle services, and arranged special presentations and interviews for over 100 participating companies. Employers have given full recognition to the university's campus recruitment services.
