On April 13th, it is expected that the next round of domestic oil price adjustments, likely an increase, will commence at 24:00 on Tuesday, April 16th.

According to monitoring data from professional institutions, as of April 12th, the domestic crude oil change rate stands at 4.43%. Gasoline and diesel prices are expected to increase by 190 CNY/ton, surpassing the threshold of a 50 CNY/ton hike.

If there isn't a significant drop in international oil prices in the near term, a hike in domestic refined oil prices in the next round is highly probable.

Based on the current adjustment rate, domestic oil prices are expected to rise by 0.15 to 0.16 CNY/liter. For instance, to fill up a small car with a fuel tank capacity of 50 liters, drivers will need to spend an additional 7 to 8 CNY.

Of course, the specifics of the adjustment still await the official announcement from the National Development and Reform Commission next week.

On the 1st of this month, there was a round of oil price adjustments, with gasoline and diesel prices increasing by 200 CNY and 190 CNY per ton respectively. On average nationwide, 92-octane gasoline increased by 0.16 CNY per liter, 95-octane gasoline by 0.17 CNY per liter, and 0# diesel by 0.16 CNY per liter.

Following this adjustment, in most parts of the country, the price of 92-octane gasoline has returned to the "8 CNY era." A hike five days later will push the price of 95-octane gasoline close to 9 CNY per liter. s_ad662c89c6f64dfa8354ad145067b899.jpg
