On April 12th, at the 89th China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) held in Shanghai, Neusoft Medical unveiled its latest generation of fully digital nuclear medicine imaging equipment—the NeuEra series PET/CT, achieving new breakthroughs in clinical applications in the field of nuclear medicine cardiology.
In August 2023, the country successively issued documents such as the "Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry (2023-2025)" and the "Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Medical Equipment Industry (2023-2025)", focusing on improving the resilience and modernization level of the medical equipment industry. According to the Chinese Cancer Registry Annual Report, the number of new cancer cases diagnosed nationwide each year is approximately 4.064 million, and early detection, diagnosis, and treatment are key to reducing the mortality rate of malignant tumors and extending survival time. In the field of tumor diagnosis, PET-CT examinations have significant advantages.
The NeuEra series PET/CT system, provided by Neusoft Medical Systems, achieves a leading industry-standard of 189PS in core parameters, coupled with a 256-slice spectral CT. This marks a significant breakthrough in the clinical application of nuclear medicine in the field of cardiology in China.
