New Forces in Car Manufacturing Weekly Sales Chart Released: Xiaomi Makes Top Ten

La Mu Fri, Apr 12 2024 10:20 AM EST

On April 10th, Ideal Automobiles used to steadfastly release the weekly sales chart for new forces every Tuesday afternoon. However, starting from the week before last, they abandoned this one-year tradition. The reasons behind this decision are manifold and won't be delved into here.

Nevertheless, just because Ideal ceased doesn't mean the weekly sales chart won't surface. Recently, data on new forces' sales from the previous week (April 1st to 7th) was leaked online. Someone took this data and crafted a brand-new report mimicking Ideal's format, encompassing nearly all new forces.

Topping the list is Ideal Automobiles with a weekly sales volume of 5,600 units. This marks Ideal's second consecutive week as the champion of new force sales, giving off a sense of returning to the peak. However, due to the Qingming holiday last week, overall sales were mediocre, with Ideal itself barely surpassing 6,000 units. 8fed5447-bd66-4dc3-9da8-c6259e227e5c.png In second place is AITO, whose weekly sales declined significantly after three consecutive months of surpassing expectations, with only 4,200 units sold. It is expected to make some moves soon, such as launching new models or offering discounts.

Lingpao Motors takes third place with weekly sales of 3,200 units, closely followed by Jike with the same sales figures. The new Jike 001 is nearing 40,000 units sold, making it a hot seller. NIO ranks fifth with weekly sales of 2,100 units.

Rounding out the sixth to tenth spots are Deep Blue Motors, Xpeng Motors, Xiaopeng Motors, Xiaomi Motors, and ZhiJie Motors. Xiaomi Motors, which just started bulk deliveries last week, has already made an impressive entrance into the top ten with 1,100 units sold. 23112c2f-bd0a-4584-a0b2-a2f5a950c297.jpg The eleventh to seventeenth places are occupied by Landtourer, Avita, Jihu, Zhiji, Equation Cheetah, Feifan, and Nezha, but their sales are relatively low, with weekly sales averaging less than 1000 units or even 100 units. s_6affb3c045f94a7aa11ce1a4cca1f6b3.jpg
