On March 16th, according to multiple domestic media reports, a netizen claimed that the "Listening to Flowers" wine purchased for 58,600 CNY was exposed for suspected false advertising by the March 15th Gala, rendering it unusable now.

Previously, at the March 15th Gala, the "Listening to Flowers" wine, dubbed as a "sky-high price" item, was singled out. Its standard edition sells for 5,860 CNY, while the premium edition goes for 58,600 CNY.

At the "Listening to Flowers" wine experience store, its advertisements openly claim various effects such as boosting immunity, improving sleep, regulating physiological disorders, and anti-aging properties.

According to regulations, alcohol advertisements cannot explicitly or implicitly suggest that drinking alcohol has effects such as relieving tension, anxiety, or increasing physical strength. The advertising for "Listening to Flowers" wine violates these regulations.

In response, "Listening to Flowers" wine stated in a declaration that its staff mentioned the health functions and customer cases of the product when introducing it to customers. However, introducing health functions during the promotion of food and alcohol products is prohibited by law, and this behavior is deemed erroneous.

The company has convened its marketing and sales personnel overnight to standardize language and strictly require compliance with laws and regulations when promoting products, offering sincere apologies to the public and consumers. s_230b3fbcae6942d7a57ecc84253b6ad5.jpg
