It was found that in the early morning of May 3, 2024, Huali's Wanda store and Linjiang store in Nanping, Chongqing suddenly received a large number of online orders, all to be delivered to the same address, "Changjiang Bridge."
Due to the holiday and the late-night time period, faced with a sudden influx of orders, the night shift staff were understaffed, resulting in slow food preparation.
Believing some customers who claimed, "It's overdue, other brands are all empty packages..." and similar statements, they mistakenly chose to process more than 50 orders as empty packages.
