On April 7th, MSI unveiled its latest offering, the RTX 4090D, in the Chinese market. Presently, the prices on the platform range from 14999 CNY to 15999 CNY.

MSI's official website already lists three variants of the RTX 4090D, yet only two models, the Super Dragon (15999 CNY) and the Magic Dragon (14999 CNY), are available for purchase on JD.com.

Belonging to the esteemed Workhorse series, this graphics card boasts a triple-slot, triple-fan design, measuring 322 x 136 x 62 millimeters and weighing 1675 grams. s_bf34fdeb6a68447ab566f9852191cd91.jpg MSI's RTX 4090D, built upon the foundation of the RTX 4090 Ventus 3XE, boasts a sleeker profile compared to its original design.

In terms of performance, the RTX 4090D comes with a default clock speed of 2520MHz, with the option for manual overclocking up to 2535MHz via the MSI Center.

Rumors had circulated earlier suggesting that the RTX 4090D would cease exports to China. However, this was later debunked, with NVIDIA officials confirming that the new export regulations would not impact the export of the H20 and RTX 4090D models. s_6053f4ac245a45d7968e71f4aedfeb9d.png Previously, a vendor's RTX 4090D has been quietly unlocked, allowing the maximum power limit to be raised from 425W to 600W, enabling significant overclocking capabilities.
