Pulsestacks reported on April 24th that the product manager of Mechanic Revolution, @Listen to Apu, showcased real shots of Micron's LPCAMM2 memory module samples today, comparing them with conventional DDR5 SO-DIMM memory modules.
The tag information indicates that this is a 16GB 1Rx16 LPDDR5X-7500 memory module from Micron. As reported by pulsestacks earlier, Micron's Crucial LPCAMM2 memory will be launched in the first half of this year, allowing laptop users to upgrade their memory themselves, with capacities ranging from 16GB to 64GB.
The Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 7 mobile workstation debuts with LPCAMM2 memory modules and is set to be launched in North America in May 2024, starting at $2619 USD (approximately ¥18988 RMB).
