April 21st, Mechrevo launched the Shining 16 Pro gaming laptop, priced at ¥8699.
In terms of design, the Shining 16 Pro showcases extraordinary craftsmanship. The A/C/D surfaces are all made of metal, providing excellent texture and comfortable touch.
Regarding the display, the Shining 16 Pro features a 16-inch gaming screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio, offering a more immersive visual experience. With up to 92.5% screen-to-body ratio, the field of view is widened. The resolution reaches 2560 x 1600, ensuring delicate and clear images; a 240Hz ultra-high refresh rate delivers smoother gaming visuals; covering 100% sRGB color gamut, colors are rich and accurate; Delta E＜2 ensures true-to-life color reproduction.
The screen also supports DC dimming to reduce eye strain, along with 180° flip and a one-key screen rotation feature to meet various usage scenarios.
In terms of performance, it is powered by the Intel Core i7-13650HX processor, featuring 16 cores, 24 threads, and a hefty 36MB L3 cache. The frequencies have also been boosted, with the P-core capable of reaching a maximum turbo frequency of 5.2GHz, and the E-core reaching up to 3.7GHz, providing ample power for gaming and running large software applications.
For graphics, it comes with the Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU with a full 140W power consumption, supporting dual-display and three-mode switching technology. Whether it's integrated graphics mode, hybrid output, or dedicated graphics direct connection, it can easily handle various usage needs.
The YOLO 16 Pro boasts a cooling system featuring seven heat pipes and dual fans, along with four exhaust vents. It utilizes phase-change silicon grease as a thermal conductor, ensuring stable performance even under heavy loads.
Moreover, it comes equipped with 32GB of dual-channel DDR5-5600 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, effortlessly handling large files and demanding games. With support for WiFi 6E, the device offers stable and fast network connections.
