On April 22nd, Mechrevo unveiled its Mechrevo Code 14S 2024 (AMD) "Black Swan" all-around thin and light laptop, priced at no more than 3999 yuan for its initial release.
This laptop boasts a powerful core configuration, featuring the AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor built on the Zen4 architecture. With 8 cores and 16 threads, manufactured using a 4nm process, it can reach a maximum boost frequency of 5.1 GHz.
Equipped with the integrated Radeon 780M graphics based on the RDNA 3 architecture, sporting 12 compute units and a clock speed of up to 2.7 GHz, it effortlessly handles daily office tasks and graphic-intensive workloads.
In addition, the Unbounded 14S 2024 (AMD) is equipped with 16GB of memory and a 512GB solid-state drive, ensuring smooth multitasking and fast data read/write speeds. It also features a 120Hz high-refresh-rate screen with a brightness of 400 nits (typical), boasting a resolution of up to 2880*1800 (16:10 aspect ratio) and covering 100% sRGB color gamut, providing an excellent visual experience.
For cooling, the Unbounded 14S 2024 (AMD) employs a dual-fan dual-heat-pipe design (one thick 8mm pipe and one thick 6mm pipe), enabling the CPU to achieve a performance release of up to 54W, ensuring stable performance even under heavy loads.
Moreover, it supports three performance modes toggled via Fn+X, allowing users to choose the appropriate performance mode for different usage scenarios.
In terms of ports, the Unbounded 14S 2024 (AMD) features a rich array of ports, including 2 Type-C ports, 3 USB-A ports, and an HDMI port, catering to various connectivity needs.
Additionally, on the left side, there is a USB4 full-function Type-C port, supporting high-speed data transfer and video output functions, significantly enhancing device connectivity and data transfer efficiency.
