On April 18th, Xiaomi Chairman Lei Jun announced during a live broadcast from the Xiaomi Car Delivery Center, engaging with netizens about the sales of Xiaomi SU7 in recent days.
During the livestream, Lei Jun revealed that Xiaomi Car would participate in the 2024 Beijing Auto Show, showcasing all nine available color variants of the vehicle.
Reportedly, Xiaomi SU7 offers three free color options—Bay Blue, Elegant Gray, and Olive Green. Additionally, six other color variants are available for an extra 7000 yuan—Lava Orange, Meteor Blue, Sunset Purple, Basalt Gray, Pearl White, and Diamond Black.
The interior of the Xiaomi SU7 offers four color options: Galaxy Grey, Twilight Red, Misty Purple, and Obsidian Black, all inspired by nature.
After the technical presentation on December 28th last year, Xiaomi received overwhelmingly positive feedback on the Gulf Blue, Olive Green, and Elegant Grey colors. Despite their high production costs, Xiaomi decided to offer these three colors for free to everyone.
As for the black and white paint options, Xiaomi clarified that they are not your typical black and white.
For the Pearl White, Xiaomi has infused pearl powder, while for the Diamond Black, they've added metallic powder, elevating these common colors to a level of sophistication far beyond industry standards.
Moreover, the paintwork and craftsmanship on the Xiaomi SU7 are meticulously executed. Under different lighting conditions, the car's appearance varies, which explains why the Xiaomi SU7 looks even better in person than in photos.
