The Galaxy Watch 7 series is set to make its debut at this year's July Unpacked annual event alongside the Galaxy foldable watch, but rumors about this year's watches have been scarce. Now, we are excited to discover that the Galaxy Watch family will welcome a new member this year - the Watch7 Ultra.
A set of high-quality renders showcase the new Samsung Watch7 Ultra from various angles, revealing some potential features. The device features a hybrid design of square and circular elements, with the body being square, the edges elliptical, while the display screen and rotating bezel remain circular.
Additionally, the renders also display a third circular button, with the common power and back keys on either side. However, the exact function of this new button remains unknown.
The image also shows larger speaker grilles, a new arrangement of sensors on the back, and a more seamless integration of the strap with the body.
However, the display size remains the same, using the same 1.5-inch diagonal size as the current Watch 6 Classic, also fitting the 47mm standard.
Earlier reports indicate that the Watch 7 will upgrade its SoC, extend battery life, and include blood glucose monitoring functionality. However, it is unclear if these changes apply to all Watch 7 devices, or if what we have been hearing is solely about the Ultra variant.
