JD.com stated that welfare benefits would continue to accumulate upon returning home, including seniority subsidies, housing security funds, continuing education, exclusive titles for long-serving employees, and employee assistance funds.

According to media reports, on May 24, Liu Qiangdong, after announcing a salary increase of 20%-100% for all procurement and sales staff, delivered a "wolf-like speech."

Liu Qiangdong said, "Whether it's our deep-rooted industry or the internal and external environment, we can never allow a large number of employees to continue sleeping soundly."
