The official statement mentioned that starting from July 1, 2024, over a year and a half, JD's annual fixed salary for procurement and sales will be raised from 16 months to 20 months, with no cap on performance incentives.
It is understood that this salary increase is less than half a year since the last adjustment.
In December last year, JD.com announced that starting from January 1, 2024, the annual fixed salary of front-line business personnel at JD.com would increase by nearly 100%. In early 2024, all JD Retail employees will receive an average salary increase of no less than 20%.
Subsequently, JD.com issued a "Procurement and Sales Call": "No matter where you are, whether you are returning from afar or close by, we hold gratitude in our hearts, open our arms, and welcome our procurement and sales brothers back home!"
JD.com stated that welfare benefits would continue to accumulate upon returning home, including seniority subsidies, housing security funds, continuing education, exclusive titles for long-serving employees, and employee assistance funds.
According to media reports, on May 24, Liu Qiangdong, after announcing a salary increase of 20%-100% for all procurement and sales staff, delivered a "wolf-like speech."
Liu Qiangdong said, "Whether it's our deep-rooted industry or the internal and external environment, we can never allow a large number of employees to continue sleeping soundly."
