Last December, the iQOO Neo9 series was officially unveiled, including the iQOO Neo9 and iQOO Neo9 Pro models. However, recent reports indicate that there will be a new addition to the iQOO Neo9 series, possibly named the iQOO Neo9s Pro.
According to a disclosure by digital blogger @Digital Chat Station today: "It was previously mentioned that there would be a mid-range device coming later, featuring a 1.5K 8T LTPO display, 120W fast charging, a large battery, and a triple camera setup with a 50MP OIS main sensor. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset with 16GB of RAM, and it's rumored to be competitively priced."
The specific model information for the new device was not mentioned in the leak, but speculations suggest it could be the iQOO Neo9s Pro.
According to the leak, the iQOO Neo9s Pro will feature a 1.5K 8T LTPO display and a large-capacity battery with support for 120W fast charging.
In terms of performance, the iQOO Neo9s Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor and will offer a version with 16GB of RAM.
For imaging, the iQOO Neo9s Pro will sport a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS optical stabilization.
Additionally, the leaker hinted that the pricing of the new device will be "very attractive."
For reference, the previously released iQOO Neo9 Pro features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 144Hz 8T all-weather super-sensing screen; it is powered by the Dimensity 9300 and a self-developed gaming chip Q1, with a 6K Tianmu VC liquid cooling system; a front-facing 16-megapixel camera, and a rear-facing 50-megapixel IMX920 main camera + 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens; it has a built-in equivalent of a 5160mAh battery, supports 120W ultra-fast flash charging, and starts at 2999 yuan.
The main difference between the two models lies in the processors.
