As tradition goes, Apple is set to host its annual product launch event this September, unveiling the highly anticipated iPhone 16 series. With the release date drawing near, leaks and speculations about this next-generation flagship are becoming more abundant.

It's reported that after more than a year of rumors and leaks, the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro model is expected to bring at least 30 changes and improvements upon its release.
Part of the screen, both models of the iPhone 16 Pro series will adopt larger designs, featuring 6.3 and 6.9-inch screens respectively, making the iPhone 16 Pro and Max the largest iPhones ever.
They will also feature more efficient OLED displays with brighter micro-lens technology. However, with such adjustments, the two devices in the new iPhone 16 Pro series will also become slightly thicker and heavier.
In the chip department, the iPhone 16 Pro series will feature the A18 Pro chip built on TSMC's "N3E" enhanced 3nm process. This chip boasts an enhanced neural engine with a significantly increased core count to support novel AI functionalities.

In terms of battery life and charging, the iPhone 16 Pro will adopt stacked battery technology, which can increase energy density and extend lifespan. Wired charging is expected to be upgraded to a maximum of 40W, while MagSafe will support up to 20W.
The iPhone 16 Pro boasts a maximum storage capacity of 2TB and is expected to come in various color options including black titanium, white titanium, desert titanium, gray titanium, and rose gold titanium, featuring a glossy titanium metal frame.
On this basis, the iPhone 16 Pro supports a range of exclusive AI features, while the newly upgraded microphone delivers higher signal-to-noise ratio and waterproofing to support these AI functions. This information has been frequently appearing in recent reports.
According to the leaks, although Apple has been developing its own large-scale language model, it's not expected to reach a similar level to current mainstream products in the short term due to significant gaps.
