iPhone 15 Frequently Discounted in China, Apple's Refusal to Price Match Sparks Complaints: No Price Drops After Purchase!

On March 11th, news surfaced that the "iPhone 15's price drop in the last two hours of Singles' Day" became a hot topic on Weibo last November, with Apple's random price reductions stabbing Chinese consumers in the back.

According to feedback from users at the time, Apple's official flagship store broke its "promise" during Singles' Day, reducing the iPhone 15's price by 200-300 CNY in the last two hours, which upset customers who had purchased early.

A significant number of consumers felt betrayed by Apple's pricing tactics and loudly demanded a price adjustment.

In response, customer service from the Apple flagship store stated: There indeed were coupon offers, but these were issued by the platform, not direct discounts on the products in the store, and they do not support price matching or issuing refunds for the difference.

This has sparked lively discussions online, with some netizens arguing that this practice is indeed quite unethical.

Others commented that there's no precedent stating electronic products can't drop in price after purchase, so maybe it's not a problem that Apple doesn't compensate. What do you think? s_38d41494aec84f419c00782dcc5b588d.jpg
