On March 28th, Introspect Technology, a member of the JEDEC organization, announced the global debut of the first commercially available GDDR7 memory test system, the "M5512." This marks a significant milestone in the advancement of memory testing technology.
This system comprises 72 high-performance pins, each capable of achieving ultra-high speeds of 40Gbps (or 40GHz) in PAM3 mode. These pins support bidirectional read/write operations and boast a full range of analog features.
Additionally, the system integrates device power delivery, enabling precise control of power supply, along with a highly flexible Pinetree environment for testing GDDR7 memory controllers and PHY physical layers.
