Recently, the International Standard for Zongzi Food Codex, hosted by the China Business Federation, was unveiled at a ceremony held in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China. The world's first international standard for traditional Chinese seasonal food, "Zongzi" Food Codex International Standard (CXS 355R-2023), has been officially approved and released. The Food Science College of Jiangnan University, serving as the drafting unit, with Dean Fan Daming being one of the drafters of this standard.
At a recent press conference, Jiangnan University's School of Food Science revealed plans to consistently guide experts and professors in participating in the crucial task of setting standards for the food industry.
