International Standard for Zongzi Food Codex Officially Released

Recently, the International Standard for Zongzi Food Codex, hosted by the China Business Federation, was unveiled at a ceremony held in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China. The world's first international standard for traditional Chinese seasonal food, "Zongzi" Food Codex International Standard (CXS 355R-2023), has been officially approved and released.
