On March 31st, the inaugural conference of the Innovation Consortium for Intelligent Connected Data Applications and the first Smart Connected Data Element Ecology Innovation Conference was held at Tianjin University. During the event, the consortium unveiled the Tianjin Municipality's Intelligent Connected Data Mine System and announced the initial list of supply and demand intentions for smart connected data products. Subsequently, the first batch of smart connected data products were successfully traded and signed contracts on-site at the conference. 660a64e5e4b03b5da6d0c1f7.jpg At the inauguration ceremony, Tianjin University provided the image. The Intelligent Connected Vehicle Data Application Innovation Consortium is jointly established by Tianjin University, the Northern Big Data Trading Center, Zhongqi Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd., China Unicom, and 56 other research institutes, enterprises, and institutions. The consortium, based on the collaborative innovation mechanism of the government-industry-academia-research full chain, and supported by a flexible and efficient corporate-like management and operation model, is committed to innovating the theory of intelligent connected vehicle data application. Leveraging the data resources generated in Tianjin's intelligent connected vehicle test area, consortium members will jointly create intelligent connected vehicle data application scenarios, develop intelligent connected vehicle data products, promote standardized operation and healthy development of intelligent connected vehicle data transactions, and drive the integration of the entire lifecycle value chain, technology chain, and industrial chain of intelligent connected vehicle data. This initiative aims to stimulate the vitality of Tianjin's intelligent connected vehicle industry, promote high-quality development of the digital economy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

At the inauguration ceremony, Xie Hui, Director of Tianjin University's Unmanned Driving Interdisciplinary Research Center, provided a detailed introduction to the composition and work plan of the consortium. He stated that the main responsibility of the consortium is to build a "data mine" in the intelligent connected vehicle field with Tianjin characteristics through resource integration and collaborative innovation, to explore the value of intelligent connected vehicle data, to establish a data application industry ecosystem, and to construct a full lifecycle value chain.

Subsequently, the consortium released the first batch of more than 400 intention lists for intelligent connected vehicle data products, providing a communication bridge for data supply and demand parties, and promoting data circulation and maximization of value utilization. Four initial intelligent connected vehicle data products, including the dataset for intelligent connected vehicle complex intersection dynamic scenes, smart platform scene models, evaluation reports for intelligent connected vehicle scenes, and tools for intelligent connected vehicle in-environment testing, were traded and signed at the venue, obtaining transaction certificates issued by the Northern Big Data Trading Center.
