At this year's second Unpacked event, Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6. The products are expected to debut in July before the Paris Olympics, with a special Olympic edition likely in the mix. The South Korean tech giant is also gearing up to launch the Galaxy Watch7 series, with rumors suggesting the arrival of the Galaxy Watch FE and Galaxy Watch7 Ultra. ?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdingyue.ws.126.net%2F2024%2F0526%2F3cce4447j00se2srw000ld000hs00aug.jpg&thumbnail=660x2147483647&quality=80&type=jpg Samsung is expected to launch the new generation Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro, as well as the highly anticipated Galaxy Ring. For foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6 are expected to come in shiny new colors. Rumors suggest that the Galaxy Z Fold6 will also feature a wider external display, with no changes to the camera and battery specifications. ?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdingyue.ws.126.net%2F2024%2F0526%2Fc807ca7ej00se2srw0071d000hs00eqg.jpg&thumbnail=660x2147483647&quality=80&type=jpg The leaker IceUniverse has revealed the external display of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold6 on X (formerly Twitter). The leaked images show symmetrical borders on the external display. Samsung has reportedly adjusted the screen ratio of the external display to enhance the look and usability of the Galaxy Z Fold6.

Although the outer screen is not expected to be as wide as the Pixel Fold or OnePlus Open, it is wider than previous Galaxy models. In a response to a user on X, IceUniverse also claimed that this year's Galaxy Z Fold will only have one model.

Earlier reports suggested that Samsung was considering a dual-chip strategy for these two foldable phones, meaning the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 would use Exynos processors in some regions due to cost increases, while Snapdragon processors would be used in other regions.

However, a recent report indicates that Samsung will release the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6 only with Snapdragon processors. Additionally, there are rumors of Samsung launching a more affordable Galaxy Z Fold FE. However, the latest reports suggest that the plan to introduce the Galaxy Z Fold FE has been canceled due to insufficient product differentiation.
