In its 2024 first-quarter financial report released today, Xiaomi stated that its high-end strategy has achieved significant results.

According to third-party data, Xiaomi's high-end smartphone shipments accounted for 21.7% of its overall smartphone shipments this quarter, an increase of 1.4 percentage points year-on-year.

In mainland China, especially in the smartphone market segment priced between 5000 and 6000 RMB, Xiaomi's market share reached 10.1%, up by 5.8 percentage points compared to the previous year.

In the first quarter of 2024, Xiaomi's offline smartphone channel shipment market share in mainland China was 9.0%, up by 1.1 percentage points year-on-year.

On a global scale, Xiaomi focuses on growth opportunities in emerging markets and has achieved significant year-on-year growth in smartphone market share in multiple regions.

According to Canalys data, in the first quarter of 2024, Xiaomi saw significant increases in shipments and market share in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia markets.

In the Middle East market, Xiaomi's market share surged by 7.1 percentage points year-on-year to 20.9%, securing the second position; in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Africa, Xiaomi's market share increased by 2.0, 4.4, and 4.5 percentage points respectively, reaching market shares of 15.3%, 16.5%, and 10.6%.

Furthermore, Xiaomi's global influence continues to expand.
