Hydrogen Energy Special Session "Ignites" 2024 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting

On April 29, the Hydrogen Energy Special Session of the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference, a high-tech product launch event, was held in Beijing as part of the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting. The event was organized by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Management Committee, the Zhongguancun Development Group, and Beijing Jingcheng Electromechanical Holdings Co., Ltd., with the Beijing Electromechanical Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zhongguancun Technology Service Co., Ltd. as the organizers.

In his address, Zhang Jinhui, Vice General Manager of the Zhongguancun Development Group and Chairman of the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Service Company, expressed his hope that the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference and various regular technology exchange activities could provide a broad platform for the development of the hydrogen energy industry, attracting more scientific and technological innovation talents, innovators, and investment institutions to promote innovation and development in the hydrogen energy industry.

Li Junjie, Vice General Manager of Jingcheng Electromechanical, and Chairman of Tianhai Industry, stated that Jingcheng Electromechanical focuses on the "storage, transportation, and utilization" of the hydrogen energy industry, having already made breakthroughs in a series of key core technologies and achieved fruitful results. He hoped that through today's event, further integration of "production, study, research, and application" in the field of hydrogen energy could be promoted to contribute to achieving the "dual carbon" goals.

Chen Xuedong, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Vice General Manager of China Machinery Industry Group, emphasized that hydrogen energy is an important solution to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality, conducive to promoting the construction of a modern energy supply system based on hydrogen-electric complementarity. The safe and efficient storage and transportation of hydrogen gas are crucial for the industrialized development of the sector. He called for collaboration among all parties to ensure national energy security and facilitate the low-carbon transition.

During the event, Beijing Tianhai Hydrogen Equipment Co., Ltd. signed "Strategic Cooperation Agreements" with Foshan Feichi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Cavent New Energy Automotive Co., Ltd., China Hydrogen Group Co., Ltd., and Xineran Asia Pacific Holdings (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The signing parties will leverage their respective resource advantages to deepen cooperation in areas such as onboard hydrogen cylinder and system storage, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle applications, to promote the scale and market-oriented development of hydrogen energy.

Eight high-quality projects conducted on-site roadshows, including Tianhai Industry's "Hydrogen Storage and Transportation Technology Innovation and Industrial Application," Yihua Tong's "PEM Electrolytic Water Hydrogen Production Equipment," Yuchai Xinyan Hydrogen Energy's "Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power System and Core Technology," Hydrogen Pu Innovation's "200kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell System and Commercial Application," Shunhua New Energy's "Automotive High-Pressure Hydrogen Cylinder Valve Technology," Boken Energy's "Next-Generation Fuel Cell System Air Compressor," Zhongke Fuhai's "Large-Scale Domestic Hydrogen Liquefaction Technology and Key Equipment," and the National Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Quality Inspection Center's "'One-Stop' Inspection and Testing Service Platform." These projects cover the technological areas of "production, storage, transportation, and utilization," showcasing forward-looking and representative new technologies and products in the hydrogen energy industry.
