On April 8th, it was reported that the Huawei P70 series had begun accepting blind orders at some offline stores.
In response, media outlets sought confirmation from numerous stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and other cities, only to receive replies stating "no notification received." While some stores acknowledged accepting "blind orders," they merely recorded basic information such as names and did not commit to shipment guarantees.
Reportedly, the P70 series will not host a launch event, but plans to go directly on sale through the Pioneer Program within April. Currently, the hashtag "Huawei P70 may skip launch event and go straight to sale" on Weibo has surpassed tens of millions of reads. Some users have even begun "camping out" on the Huawei Mall to avoid "missing out on another opportunity."
In terms of specs, the Huawei P70 series will all come with the Kirin 9000S chip as standard, featuring variable aperture support across the board, and dual-mode satellite communication as standard.
Barring any surprises, the Huawei P70 series is poised to be the next blockbuster flagship from Huawei, a development that is eagerly anticipated.
