On April 20th, during the 2024 Huawei Analyst Summit, Huawei unveiled the Wireless Intelligence Engine, bringing revolutionary changes to wireless networks.

Zhao Dong, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Huawei's Wireless Network, stated, "The Wireless Intelligence Engine introduces communication macro models, wireless digital twin systems, and intelligent computing, injecting intelligence into 5.5G."

He added, "The Wireless Intelligence Engine will reshape operation processes, network experiences, and business development models, empowering global operators to achieve a leap in network productivity in the 5.5G era."

Huawei stated that after three years of industry efforts, 5.5G has transitioned from vision to reality, marking the beginning of its commercial year.

To better support the development of 5.5G, improvements in three aspects of the 5.5G network will continue:

Firstly, optimizing every Hertz to achieve spectral efficiency improvement of 5.5G's rich spectrum resources.

Secondly, optimizing every Watt to achieve continuous improvement in 5.5G network energy efficiency.

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, managing every Byte effectively to transition wireless networks from automation to intelligence, continuously improving the level of intelligence.

The Wireless Intelligence Engine will bring revolutionary changes to 5.5G networks, achieving "three reshapes" and continuously improving 5.5G network productivity through its four core features: intent interaction, ubiquitous perception prediction, multi-objective analysis decision-making, and scenario self-learning.

Huawei believes that the Wireless Intelligence Engine will lead the communication industry into a new era of intelligence. s_d21f1d22e5cf4900a3fd5fd103ea7863.png
