According to information obtained from the official Huawei online store today, the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 with a 12GB+512GB storage configuration now comes with a SIM card slot, with an initial price tag of 7499 CNY.
Compared to the original version with the same storage but without SIM card support, priced at 5699 CNY, this SIM card-enabled version comes at a premium of 1800 CNY.
I reached out to Huawei Store customer service regarding the absence of supported network standards on the details page of the tablet.
Customer service indicated that the main SIM card supports 4G network standards: Mobile/Unicom/Telecom/Guangdian (TD-LTE/LTE FDD). However, they did not provide a response regarding its compatibility with 5G.
Reportedly, the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 was unveiled in September 2023, boasting a 13.2-inch screen, marking Huawei's largest tablet to date. The screen features a resolution of 2880x1920, offering a wide P3 color gamut, supporting a high refresh rate of 144Hz, and reaching a peak brightness of 1000 nits, with Rheinland Global Eye Protection 3.0.
At its core, the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 is powered by the Kirin 9000s chip from the Mate 60 series, with a built-in 10100mAh battery supporting 88W fast charging.
