It is expected that the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra will feature a 50-megapixel sensor with a sensor size exceeding one inch, utilizing RYYB technology, alongside a 50-megapixel periscope lens, a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 13-megapixel autofocus lens.
Huawei's RYYB sensor employs an innovative pixel arrangement, replacing one green pixel with a yellow pixel. Yellow is a combination of red and green light, thus achieving a cumulative brightness effect. Theoretically, this can increase light intake by 30%-40%. Additionally, yellow pixels have a broader spectral response range, capturing more photons, particularly enhancing brightness signal-to-noise ratio in low-light environments, resulting in superior night photography.
With a comprehensive upgrade to its imaging system, the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra is expected to become a new generation night photography tool, providing users with a convenient shooting experience in low-light conditions.
