On March 19th, it was announced that Honor has officially launched the flagship straight screen phone - Honor Magic6 Ultimate.
The Ultimate version's biggest upgrade compared to the previous Pro version is its imaging system, which introduces the custom H9800 sensor with ultra-high dynamic range based on LOFIC technology, making it the industry's first.
Not only does it achieve highlight protection without overexposure, but it also boasts an ultra-high dynamic range of up to 15EV, matching the performance of Sony's flagship video camera, the A7S3, which costs over $20,000.
Moreover, the Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition is equipped with a 1200-point array dTOF laser device, enabling faster focusing. Coupled with the CMOS sensor's phase detection autofocus mode and SMA shape memory alloy motor, it forms a complete ultra-fast focusing system, effortlessly capturing moving scenes.
Worth noting, rumors have it that the Huawei P70, with a focus on imaging performance, will officially debut next month.
In response to relevant questions, Zhao Ming stated, "The imaging capabilities presented by the Honor Magic6 Ultimate Edition, I believe, can compete with the upcoming P70. I also hope that all media professionals take a good comparison between the two phones."
